I couldn't agree more about finding your passion, if you're going to build your personal brand and professional credibility, passion is ESSENTIAL. So many people come online and try to follow the money, but they end up disillusioned and discouraged because they're playing someone else's game! It's a sad fact that society and the 'system' has turned people into "tell-me-what-to-do-ers", when I strongly believe that everyone has the ability to really excel and succeed on their own terms, by being themselves. I read an excellent book recently, "Crush It" by Gary Vaynerchuk, that is a MUST READ for anyone who wants to build a personal brand and a solid, steady income online.
