Identify Negative Thoughts With This Fun Exercise

Welcome back!
Here is the second step in getting rid of negative body obsession…identify negative thoughts and detach them from you life!
Watch this video to learn how you can identify negative thoughts with this fun exercise:
Identifying Negative Thoughts:
So pull out an empty journal or go buy a notepad at the store and start writing every negative thought that comes to mind. The more you practice writing down negative thoughts you'll be able to recognize how often you are thinking negatively and most importantly WHY you are thinking negatively.
Once you start recognizing that you are thinking negatively it will be easier for you to change those negative thoughts into positive ones.
Be sure to stay tuned because in a few weeks we will be having a burning ceremony so we can release those negative thoughts from our lives! I can't wait!

Hi Shaylee…These are some great ideas on how to get rid of negative thought in your life.
Burning the notebook at the end is a good way for you finalize the release of these thoughts from your mind.
