Once I read this book I finally understood the one thing that was affecting my body, my business and my life…
I was dealing with negative body obsession!
In this post I'm going to share with you how NBO can affect your life and how you can start getting rid of it today!
Watch the video below to learn more about my story in living with Negative Body Obsession.

Shaylee,
Thanks for sharing a personal side of you and negative body obsession, i know for me for many years i had struggles dealing with a problem with being under weight and having confidence to become a leader early on in my career, and once i became happy with who i was, and enjoying what i was doing, got into cooking and healthy cooking and gained a whole bunch of weight, now for first time, have to lose a tiny bit of weight

That’s a great story Chris! Being a woman you rarely hear of men struggling with negative perceptions of their bodies!. I definitely agree with you that once you feel great about who you are a shift happens and you start to achieve your desires! Thanks for sharing!
